TaxiCloud builds modern taxi dispatch software for UK and Ireland taxi and private-hire fleets. We are hiring across engineering (Laravel, Next.js, AI/LLM), customer success (white-glove migrations), sales (UK mid-market), and design (dispatch UX). All roles are remote-friendly with London and Dublin hubs available for monthly co-working. We publish compensation bands at offer stage, run hiring via structured interview loops, and hand-feedback every candidate within five working days of final interview.

    Own the dispatch core — booking lifecycle, driver-app gateway, Reverb broadcasts, FCM integration. Laravel 12 / PHP 8.4 / MySQL 8 / Redis. Trade-off live-ops sensibility against shipping speed.
